The Profile page is where you manage your personal account details. Reach it at any time by navigating to Dashboard → Profile. Changes you make here affect only your own account — they don’t modify your organization’s settings or inventory.

Update your name

1

Open Profile settings

Navigate to Dashboard → Profile.
2

Edit your name

Update the First name and/or Last name fields. Both fields are optional — you can leave either blank.
3

Save changes

Click Save (or the equivalent submit button in the form). A confirmation message will appear when the update is successful.

Change your password

1

Open Profile settings

Navigate to Dashboard → Profile.
2

Enter a new password

Type your new password into the New password field. It must be at least 6 characters long.
3

Confirm the new password

Re-enter the same password in the Confirm password field. Both entries must match exactly.
4

Save the new password

Submit the form. You’ll see a confirmation message once the password has been updated.
After changing your password, any other active sessions you have open will require you to sign in again with your new password.

Delete your account

You can permanently delete your My Kit account from the Profile page.
This action is irreversible. Deleting your account removes all inventory data associated with your organizations — firearms, ammunition, gear, range sessions, and everything else — and cannot be undone. Make sure you’ve exported or recorded anything you want to keep before proceeding.
If you’re the only member of your organization, deleting your account will also delete the entire organization and all its inventory. If others share the workspace, contact your organization owner before deleting your account.
