What My Kit tracks
My Kit organizes your inventory across five dedicated modules. Each module covers a distinct domain, so you always know exactly where to find what you need.Armory
Track firearms, suppressors, and serialized NFA items. Log make, model, caliber, purchase details, cleaning schedules, and accessories for each weapon in your collection.
Gear & Clothing
Manage plates, carriers, vests, optics, and tactical accessories alongside uniforms, wearables, and clothing organized by condition. Battery-powered accessories surface maintenance reminders automatically.
Ammo Depot
Track round counts by caliber with lot numbers and cost-per-round data. Set low-stock thresholds so the dashboard alerts you before you run dry.
Closet
Catalog uniforms and tactical clothing by unit, condition, or assignment. Closet is part of the Gear & Clothing section in the dashboard.
Range Day
Record training drills, log rounds fired per firearm, build range bag manifests, and capture competition results. Every session builds a running history of your training activity.
Key concepts
Workspaces and organizations
Every account in My Kit belongs to exactly one organization, which is the secure container for all your data. Your organization is sometimes called a workspace — both terms refer to the same thing. All inventory items, range sessions, and members live inside your organization and are completely invisible to anyone outside it.Roles
Members of an organization each have a role that controls what they can see and do. The three roles are owner, admin, and member. The owner is the person who created the organization; admins can manage members and data; members can view and contribute to inventory without changing organization settings. See Workspaces for a full breakdown of what each role can do.The dashboard
After you sign in, the dashboard Overview page shows a real-time summary of your inventory: total firearms, rounds on hand, range session count, and estimated kit value. Action items surface directly on this page when something needs attention — a cleaning schedule coming due, a low ammo count, a battery replacement, or a firearm marked out of service.Ready to get started?
