The dashboard is the first screen you see after logging in. It pulls live data from your Armory, Ammo Depot, Gear Cage, and Range Day modules and presents everything in one place so you can quickly assess the state of your kit, spot maintenance needs, and see what’s coming up on the range.
Four summary cards appear at the top of the dashboard. Each card reflects current data from your inventory.
Firearms
The total number of firearms in your Armory. If any are marked out of service, the card shows a breakdown — for example, 3 active · 1 out of service.
Rounds on hand
The total round count across all calibers in your Ammo Depot. If you’ve recorded a cost per round, the card also displays the estimated dollar value of your stockpile.
Range sessions
A running count of every range session you’ve logged, all time.
Kit value
The combined purchase price of your firearms, accessories, gear items, and ammunition — everything you’ve entered a price for.
Stat cards only reflect data you’ve entered. A card shows “no cost data” or “none configured” when the relevant fields haven’t been filled in yet.
Below the stat cards, the Action Items panel shows any maintenance or stock alerts that need your attention. Items are sorted with critical alerts at the top. A red CRITICAL badge appears next to the section heading when at least one critical alert is active. If everything is up to date, the panel shows “All clear — no action items.” See Action items for a full explanation of every alert type and how to resolve them.
Any range sessions you’ve scheduled for today or a future date appear in the Upcoming Range Sessions panel. Each entry shows the date, location, and the firearms and gear you’ve already assigned to that session.
Schedule sessions in the Range Day module to keep your upcoming calendar populated on the dashboard.
The Last Range Session panel shows the most recent session by date. It displays the location, date, duration, and a badge for each firearm used with its round count. If you added notes to the session, they appear here too.If you haven’t logged any sessions yet, the panel shows a prompt linking directly to the Range Day module.
Two mini bar charts appear at the bottom of the dashboard.Rounds fired (logged sessions) — A horizontal bar for each firearm in your Armory, sized relative to the total rounds you’ve logged firing that firearm across all sessions. This gives you a quick read on which platforms see the most use.Ammunition on hand — A horizontal bar for each caliber in your Ammo Depot, sized relative to the caliber with the highest round count. Use this to spot which calibers are running low at a glance. Both charts are empty until you’ve logged at least one range session (for rounds fired) or added ammunition (for ammo on hand).
