The My Kit dashboard is the first screen you see after logging in. It pulls together data from all five modules to give you a real-time picture of your inventory status, what needs attention, and recent training activity — without requiring you to navigate into each section individually.

Stat cards

Four summary cards appear at the top of the dashboard. Each card links to the relevant module for more detail.
CardWhat it shows
Total FirearmsThe count of all firearms in your Armory, regardless of service status.
Rounds on HandThe total round count across all calibers in your Ammo Depot.
Range SessionsThe total number of Range Day sessions logged in your organization.
Total Kit ValueThe combined monetary value of your firearms, ammo (cost per round × quantity), and gear, based on values you have entered.

Action items panel

The action items panel surfaces issues that require your attention. Items are divided into two severity levels: Critical and Warning.

Critical action items

Critical items indicate something that is currently out of compliance or out of stock. My Kit flags the following as critical:
  • A firearm or gear item whose service status is set to out of service
  • An ammunition caliber with zero rounds on hand (out of stock)
  • A firearm whose cleaning schedule is overdue (past the scheduled date)
  • A gear item whose battery change interval is overdue
Warnings indicate items that are approaching a deadline or threshold. My Kit flags the following as warnings:
  • A firearm whose cleaning is due within 14 days
  • A gear item whose battery change is due within 14 days
  • An ammunition caliber whose quantity has fallen below its configured low-stock threshold
You configure low-stock thresholds per ammo record in the Ammo Depot, and cleaning intervals per firearm in the Armory. Setting these values is what enables the action items panel to surface meaningful alerts.
Action items are cleared automatically when the underlying condition is resolved — mark a firearm back in service, log a cleaning, change a battery, or restock ammo, and the item disappears from the panel.

Upcoming sessions panel

If you have range sessions scheduled for future dates, they appear in the upcoming sessions panel in chronological order. Each entry shows the session name, date, and location if provided. Select any session to open it in Range Day.
Only sessions with a scheduled date set in the future appear here. Past sessions are accessible in Range Day but are not shown in the upcoming panel.

Last range session card

The last range session card shows a summary of your most recently completed session, including:
  • Session name and date
  • Firearms used
  • Total rounds fired across all firearms
Select the card to open the full session record in Range Day.

Charts

Two charts appear in the lower section of the dashboard.

Rounds fired by firearm

A bar chart showing how many rounds you have fired through each firearm, aggregated across all sessions. This gives you a quick view of which firearms you train with most and which are overdue for cleaning based on round count.

Ammunition on hand

A breakdown chart of your current ammo inventory, organized by caliber. Each segment shows the round count for that caliber. Calibers that are out of stock or below threshold are visually distinguished to reinforce the action items panel.
Both charts reflect all-time data by default. Navigate to Range Day to view and filter session and round data.
